A great (albeit long) video from one of B-Corp’s Founders Jay Coen Gilbert talking about B-Corp and why it is a formula for better business without exploiting people or the environment.

thanks so much Jodi for reminding us that its not four legs good, two legs bad. ‘The corporations’
does not equal ‘business’ and of course all business is incorporated business. We need new rules for business, especially in deregulated countries like the US, Iceland, etc. and the for-benefit transparent B-Corp certified corporation is the way of the future.

Here’s one of the signs I photographed in NYC last week at the site of the occupation, where I was filming interviews for a new Resilient Cities documentary with Greg Greene.

Thanks Chris. I think B Corp is one great way to address what Chris Hedges referred to as the “more” mentality of “big corporations”
